ONGOING SUPPORT

Digital platforms are meant to be vibrant, virtual HQs that showcase up-to-date information and content. We offer Ongoing Support services to help you avoid stagnation and avoid the headache of technical issues. 

As an Ongoing Support client, we will engage with you every month or quarter to make content and minor design updates to your existing website.

Included:

• all content updates and edits, including updating images, copy, information, sections to existing pages

• creation of new pages from existing templates

• all minor design edits

• SEO edits and adjustments

• additional QA testing and maintenance to ensure quality of the site

Not included (but can be scoped out or completed at a reduced hourly rate):

• new development work to build out newly designed pages or new functionality

• new graphic design or photo editing

Terms

• support tickets must be submitted once a month (monthly subscription) or once a quarter (quarterly subscription)

• once received, the requested edits will be implemented within 5 business days

• any errors or technical issues will be addressed promptly, regardless of whether or not you've submitted your support ticket for your month/quarter
